ISSUE OF KEY CARDS FOR UNIT I I

Key cards for access to TMI Unit 1 will be issued to NRC personnel on the attached list (as updated) beginning 0800, May 7,1979.

Implementation of the key card access is now estimated for-May 15, 1979.

Key cards may be picked up in person at the security badge issue point in the process center. Key card holders will sign for the card and receive an individual cipher code.
