Dear Mr. Ketzlach,
l On May 19, 1982 I spoke with you regarding Rockwell l
Internationals Materials License #SNM-21.
In that conversation you told me that when Rockwell applies for

a renewal it was not necessary for notice to be published and no notice would be published.
Additionally, you told me a request for intervention status or for a hearing could be made any time prior to the expiration of the existing license.
I uculd like to confirm the above information.
