In accordance with the requirements set forth in 10 CFR 50, Section 50.55a(g), Alabama Power Company hereby submits eight (8) copies of Revision 2 to the document entitled, " Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit No. 2 In-service Testing Program".
Revision 2 incorporates minor wording changes to scrae of the relief re-quests included in Revision 1 which as submitted to the NRC on March 17, 1982.
These changes were made as a result of discussions held with EG & G following their review.
In addition, Revision 2 contains further reliefs which are proposed for implementation. These changes and other minor edi-torial corrections are described in the enclosed summary sheets.
It is hereby requested that the subject program, as revised, be approved and the ASME Section XI Code relief requested be granted pursuant to Section 50.55a(g)(6)(1) of 10 CFR 50.
This proposed revision is designated as Class III in accordance with 10CFR170.22 requirements.
Enclosed is a check for $4,000.00 to cover the total amount of fees required.
