Renewal of Radioactive Material Packaging Quality Assurance Program Docket il 71-0109.
Dear Mr. MacDonald,
Attached is an application for renewal of our Radioactive Material
-Packaging Quality Assurance Program, Dockel # 71-0109. Revisions to this program are of the following two types:
1)
A new organizational structure has been developed to accommodate the facility decommissioning. activities that Cinlichem is preparing to undertake That structure, along with new job titles, is incorporated into the attached plan We are currently in a transition period between the old and new organization' reflected in this plan but there vill be no lapse in either PGA actions or responsibilities during this period,
=2) Cintichem has shut down it's Reactor and Radiochemical Production facilities and is no longer packaging radiochemical products for shipment from those facilities, The,, attached plan is revised to reflect the discontinuance of those shipments.
Activities conducted under applicable criteria of Subpart H.of 10CFR Part 71 will continue to be executed vith regard to transportation packages.
Enclosed are six copies of the revised plan and checks totaling 5180,00 towards this program renewal in accordance vit.h 10CFR170,31.
