Mr. Chairman, the item 13 before the Commission is SECY-90-369, Kerr-McGee's 14 Petition for Reconsideration.
In this paper, the 15 Commission is being asked to respond to an October 29, 16 1990 petition by Kerr-McGee Chemical Corporation 17 asking that the-Commission reconsider its October 17, 18 1990 order denying Kerr-McGee's request for a hearing 19 on'the proposed' amendment to the Illinois Agreement, 20 published in CLI-90-9'.
