APPROVAL RECORD Model No GE 500 Package Certificate of Compliance No. 9049 Revision No. 7 By application dated September 28, 1990, Advanced Medical Systems, I
Incorporated, requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9049 for the I
Model No. GE-500 package. No changes to the package design were requested.
The applicant submitted a consolidated safety analysis report which included packaging drawings, a maintenance program, and operating procedures. The Certificate of Compliance has been conditioned to require the package to be prepared for shipment and operated in accordance with the Operating Procedures of Chapter 7.0 and to be maintained in accordance with the Maintenanco Program of Section 8.2 of the application.
Since fabrication of additional packagings is not authorized, no acceptance tests are specified.
Condition 8 of the Certificate of Compliance has been clarified to specify that the drain line may be permanently closed and sealed.
The Certificate of Compliance has been renewed for a five year term which expires December 31, 1995.
