Havley, Supervisor - Document Systems Document On-Line Control System (DOCS) Transmittal Training DSS-90-34042 The Document On-Line Control System (DOCS) is scheduled for implementation during the month of December. Vith the implementation of this system, automated Transmittal / Receipt Acknowledgments (TRA) vill be produced.

In order to familiarise site personnel with the new format of the TRA, Document Control has attached several examples of TRAs which will be used to distribute documents to document holders. In addition, a brief explanation of the fields is included as an aid in interpreting the new form.
