In a letter from me to George Lear dated April 20, 1978, we stated our intention to submit revised inservice inspection technical specifications j
for 3rowns Ferry Nuclear Plant unit 1 by December 1,1978.
It was proposed to have this revision delete the detailed inservice inspection technical specifications and reference both Section XI of the ASME 3 oiler and Pressure Vessel Code and the 3rowns Ferry Nuclear Plant Inservice Inspection Program, similar to the revised unit 3 technical specifications submitted by letter from me to Edson G. Case dated July 29, 1977 (T7A 3FNP TS 89). Because the inservice inspection program for Brovns Ferry has not yet been fully resolved we have costponed sub-mittal of revised technical specifications for unit 1.
