Modification No. I to Task Order No. 8 Under Contn ct No.
NRC-03-90-031 Entitled " Electrical Distribution Functional Inspection - Palo Verde," FIN L1527 This task order modification increases the cost ceiling to allow for the review of additional licensee background information and additional time for inspection preparation activities.
Therefore, in accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No I to Task Order No. 8.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's proposal dated October 26, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.
The cost ceiling of this task order is increased by $9,732.40 from
$76,436.58 to $86,168.98. Of the total cost ceiling amount, the amount representing total reimbursable costs is increased by $9,600.40 from
$75,439.86 to $85,040.26 and the amount representing the fixed fee is l
increased by $132.00 from $996.72 to $1,128.72.
