Holtec is unqualified and untrustworthy, and the safety of a very densely populated area is at stake. The sale must not be allowed to any firm that is not completely transparent and qualified to take on the very important and dangerous custody of a nuclear power plant, especially in a region as densely populated as the New York metropolitan area. Selling the plant to Holtec would be folly.
