Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR71, Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company, as holder of License Number DPR-61, intends to apply its quality assurance program to the additional quality assurance requirements of 10CFR71 as published in the Federal Register (42FC39364) on August 4, 1977, as they apply to the delivery of such materials to a carrier for transport or transport such materials outside the confines of the site in a Commission approved package design.
