South Texas Project Units 1 6 2 Docket Nos. STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Bulletin No. 78-12 Bulletin Number 78-12, received October 2, 1978, has been reviewed by Houston Lighting E Power Company.
We have been informed by Westinghouse Corporation that the Nuclear Regulatory' Commission is currently reviewing a revised Bulletin which will supercede Bulletin Number 78-12.
In light of the anticipated new requirements, HLSP respectfully requests an extension of the deadline' for a response to a date two months following the issuance of the revised bulletin.
