This is to confim our telephone conversation in which I infomed you that Jan A. Norris, Environmental Project Manager for WNP-2, will not attend the upcoming meeting with the potential intervenors in Portland, Oregon, on December 19, 1978. When the date for that meeting was made firm, we were informed by the Travel Branch that no reservation could I
be made on airlines because of the holiday traffic rush. Mr. Norris will make separate arrangements to meet with the potential intervenors as soon as practicable.
