This revision is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and is a complete rewrite of the previous revision in accordance with the guidelines of NUREG 0674.
Because this is a major revision, implementation will be in calendar year 1991.
Effective January 1, 1991, no new members of the Security Force shall be assigned to a shift until all the training requirements for on-duty assignment have been met.
All officers presently quellfied whose requalification becomes due during 1991, will be requalified under this revision on the anniversary month for their requalification.
This revision is being sent by registered mail.
