Analysis of Capsule V from Northern States Power Company Prairie Island Unit No. 2 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program, WCAP-9212, dated November, 1977 During recent discussions with our Project Manager in the Division of Operating Reactors we learned that the Cocznission has no record of receipt of these reports. Accordingly, we are forwarding eleven additional copies of this report to replace the original reports whidh are a'ssumid lost in shipment.
