Dear Ms. Finamore:
Enclosed find the completion of the Staff's answers to NRDC's Twenty-Sixth Set of Interrogatories to the Staff. This package includes questions originally objected to which we agreed to answer, as well as answers which it was indicated the Staff would complete by August 6, 1982.
Also included is an additional response to Interrogatory IV.23.
Dr. Cochran indicated to me in a phone conversation on August 4,1982 j
that the original question had a typographical error. The question was supposed to refer to " organ" doses rather then " oxygen" doses.
I had indicated that we would answer the question as corrected, but could not guarantee the answer could be prepared by August 6, 1982. The Staff has been able to prepare the revised answer and it is included in this package.
Also discussed on August 4, 1982 with Dr. Cochran was the provision of certain computer codes, and inputs and outputs to the codes, in response to question IV.1.
It was agreed that the information would be placed in the public document room at 1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D.C. 20555, for use by Dr. Cochran on August 6,1982.
If Dr. Cochran needed relatively short portions copied we would do so. Also, should Dr. Cochran need further review of the requested information I indicated that, upon notice so the documents could be gathered, he was free to examine the documents at our Bethesda office at any time up until testimony is filed.
