Dear Mr. Preston:
This letter is submitted as requested to document correction of deficiencies identified in the report wo received from your office on October 22, 1990.
We were directed to explain possible causes of NOT ACCEPTABLE results obtained for total residual chlorine and total suspendended solids analyses performed in EPA's DMR - QA Study 10.
Attached you will find the letter sent as directed to Ms. Lisa McMillan in the Office of Water Resources Management, Virginia Water Control Board Headquarters.
We believe this letter corrects the deficiencies noted in your report.
