Sequoyah Nuclear. Plant, Unit 1" In Reference 1, TVA provided a proposed amendment to reflect the_ planned modificatioas to valves listed in Table 3.6-2 of the SQN TSs. 'The-modifica' e n were completed as planned for Unit induring the Unit 1 Cycle 4 l

refueling outage, and Reference 2 issued the: Unit 1' license amendment.- For Unit 2,- however, five ' of the valves that. were originally planned to be' changed l

to flow solenoid v4.1ves during the Unit 2. Cycle 4. refueling; outage will remain flow control valves.

, contains revised marked up pages for the. Unit 2 TSs. These pages-supersede the corresponding pages that 'were submitted in Enc losure 1 of the referenced letter. The reason and: justification for:the proposed revision are provided in Enclosure 2.

This proposed' revision'does not alter-the conclusion drawn.in the environmental impact evaluation or the no'significant-hazards consideration submitted in the referenced letter.

Consequently,:these-evaluations are not resubmitted by this package.
