AIEiDIEIT 5 FILC: Oh65.11 SERIAL: 6132 Enclosed herewith is Amendment 54 to the Company's application for construction permits and operating licenses, containing three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Revision 15 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
Revision 15 of the FSAR contains updated FSAR material as detailed in the appli-cation page.
A significant portion of Revision 15 was proviced early for staff review by my letter to you dated ;Iovember 2,1978. Revision 15 contains the information that was provided with that letter plus additional promised information the PJAR stated would be submitted in Ilovember 1975. To aid in staff reviev, Attachnent 1 provides a su= mary of changes in technical content and responses to i!RC requests that have occurred in the infor=ation provided with my llovember 2,1973 letter.
Proof of service upon the parties listed in the revised Service List attached to Nr 3 A Varga's Govember 30, 1977 letter as codified by Mr S A Varga's letter of April 24, 1978 is being provided under separate cover.

Enclosed herewith, revising and supplementing the above-entitled application, are revised pages for incorporation in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The Final Safety Analysis Report was submitted with Amendment 33 to the above dockets on November 18, 1977 The enclosed material consists of the following:
- 1) Responses to Supplemental Requests for Additional Information: Part 2.
- 2) Revision to Chapter k to delete references to the orifice rod assemblies.

- 3) Revision to Section 91 to describe the design of the high density fuel racks.
- 4) Additional information the FSAR stated would be submitted at this time.
- 5) Changes in various FSAR Sections resulting from routine design developments.
- 6) Reduction of the page size for selected 11" x 17" tables.
- 7) Correction of minor errors and omissions.
- 3) Changes relating to the above (Tables of Contents, Fi ures, Tables, etc).
