BG&E letter dated 11/13/78 from Lundvall to Denton, Request for License Amendment Gentlemen:
The referenced letter forwarded a set of eleven proposed changes to the Unit Nos. 1 and 2 operating licenses. We have made the determination that the requested changes constitute Class IV and Class I amendments. This deter-mination was made as follows:
The eleven changes in the referenced letter each involve single issues which do not involve a significant hazards consideration, thus qualifying the request as a Class IV amendment. Since ten of the eleven changes apply equally to both Units of Calvert Cliffs, an additional classification of Class I is assigned to the request to account for a duplicate amendment to an essen-tially identical Unit at the same site.
In accordance with the above determination, ve are hereby forwarding a check in the amount of $12,700 pursuant to 10 : FR Part 170, paragraph 170.22.
This amount corresponds to the combined fee for a Class IV amendment and a Class I amendment.
