MEMORANDUM AND ORDER O-Counsel for the NRC Staff advised the Board that Roger Hinton, who was identified as Witness No. 4 in the g camera depositions of August 2, 1978 is no longer employed at the Summer Plant site and no longer resides in South Carolina.

Roger Hinton's father.
Mr. James Hinton resides at 912 Lady Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201.
Mr. James Hinton stated that Roger is not working for Daniel Construction Company anymore and probably will not work with that firm in the future.
Roger Hinton is presently on a ship bound 1
for South America.
He will not be available to discuss this matter until near the end of the year.

~ why his son would still want to be covered by the Board's protective order.
Accordingly, considering the public interest in a thorough inquiry into the subject matter of Roger Hinton's deposition, the conditions of the protective order in the first instance, (deposition Tr. 4-5), and the removal of the need for the order, the Board hereby dissolves the protective order covering Roger Hinton's deposition of August 2, 1978.
