Dear Sir:
In Reference (c), mine Yankee was notified that the PC staff will be conducting a post-implementation review of mine Yankee's post accident sampling system. Reference (c) reiterated the eleven criteria from NUREG 0737, ltem II.B.3, and further requested a sdedule for mine Yankee's response to those criteria.
In Reference (b), Mine Yankee indicated that the post accident sampling system would be installed and operable by the end of the 1982 refueling outage.
Therefore, please be advised that we will provide a response to the fbference (c) criteria by Mard 1,1983.
This time frame is reasonable, as it allows mine Yankee to complete installation and testing of the system to assure all specifications are met, and to assemble all pertinent information j
for the post-implementation review.
