During the month Houston received answers to its First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production from the U.S.
Department of Justice.
Houston is in the process of evaluating these answers for completeness, and is working informally with Justice to resolve apparent problem areas in

these answers.
During October Houston also served its First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production upon the NRC Staff.
Also, Houston is continuing to work informally with both Justice and the NRC Staff (and other parties upon request) on other discovery.
