REQUEST FOR EXTEhSION OF TIME TO FILE COMMENTS The Secretary of Energy of the United States hereby requests an extension of time to file comments in the above-captioned proceeding.
In its Order of October 16, 1990, the Commission invited the Secretary of Energy to file comments by November 2, 1990 in connection with the proposed license amendments pending in the above-captioned docket.
Thereafter, on October 17, 1990, the Commission entered a Memorandum.and Order in this matter which, inter alia, made a determination on an issue that the Secretary of Energy intended to address in his comments to be j
filed with the Commission.
In light of the Commission's October 17, 1990, Order and the complexity of the issues involved, additional time is needed to further evaluate the issues.
Wherefore, the Secretary of Energy respectfully requests that the Commission extend the time for filing his comments for the record an additional two weeks until November 16,'1990.
