REPORT OF TUGCO, et al., - OCTOBER, 1978 Pursuant to the direction of the Atomic Safety and

( Licensing Board during the Special Prehearing Conference on June 21, 1978 (T . R. 124-125), TUGCO submits this report on discovery during the month of October.

Documents requested by the Department of Justice and the NRC Staff during the week of September 11, 1978 were delivered by TUGCO, et al., during October, with the exception of certain pages as to which privilege was claimed. Background information re-garding that claim has been requested informally by the Department

(] and will be provided shortly. Responses and objections by the Department of Justice to interrogatories propounded by counsel for Houston Lighting and Power Company (after consultation with counsel for TUGCO, et al) were received during October. Otherwise, TUGCO, et al., did not initiate or receive, nor was it consulted regarding, any discovery requests during the month of October.
