Thank you for your letter of July 7,1982, in response to our letter of June 8,1982. As a result of the discussion with your Mr. D. Cyford during a telephone call on July 20, 1982, we understand that:
(a) the operator identified in ^ Item B of the Notice of Nonconfor-mance was not recertified as a result of reassignment to another area; and (b) with respect to Item E.4 that when wrong parts are installed the condition is considered a deficiency and is controlled by being noted on the control tags rather than by the issuance of a D.A.R.
We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective action and preventive measures during a future inspection.
