I have enclosed a duplicate copy of a Property Certification form and request that you complete the patent / copyright reports required under the contract's

He have received Indiana University's Check No. 989625 for $3,023.82 (credit) of unused funds.
In addition to the $3,023.82, $4,029.10 must also be deobligated, making a total deobligation of $7,052.92.
