By motion dated October 3, 1978, Ecology Action of Oswego, by Sue Reinert, requested a single hearing on the matters raised by the intervenors in five dockets in thei r answers to ALAB-480 (the radon issue) . Such motion represents that for purposes of filing such motion, Northern Thunder, Inc. , the intervenor in the Tyrone docket, had agreed to be represented by Ecology Action of Oswego.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm that for purposes of filing such motion Ecology Action of Oswego was acting with the permission of Northern Thunder, Inc.
