Dear Chairman Palladino:
I am writing to you as a concerned citizen about the proposed Clinch River Breeder Reactor.
Since it is the responsibility of the NRC to evaluate the environ-mental, health and safety risks posed by the CRBR, I think it would be a grave injustice to ignore important new information about the CRBR and developments in nuclear safety since 1977.
All this information should be disclosed to the public and fully considered by the NRC.
I would like to ask that you issue a draft supplement to the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the CRBR and send me a copy of came.
