'v It just occurred to me that, in formulating Northern Thunder's recent Interrogatory 25 which seeks title opinions with respect to Tyrone site lands, you may not be aware of Exhibit 14 in this proceeding. That exhibit, which was offered by the applicants in meeting a contention that NSP did not have ade-quate authority over the exclusion area, is a letter of November 21, 1973, from attorney Eugene R. Jackson to Mr. F. J. Kripps i

of Northern States Power Company. In that letter, a copy of which is enclosed for your convenience, Mr.. Jackson gives his opinion as to the ownership of certain lands condemned on the Tyrone site.
