CRGR MEETING NO. 193 i
The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will' meet in the af ternoon -
of Wednesday, October 24, 1990, in Room 2 F-17, OWFN.
The' agenda is as follows:
1:00-2:00 p.m.
L. Shao (RES) will present a final rule amending 10 CFR 50.61.on pressurized thermal shock.
(The review l
package is #32 distributed to CRGR members.on October-12, 1990).
2:00-4:30 p.m.
R. Bosnak (RES) will present a proposed rule (for comment) amending 10 CFR 50.55a to endorse newer editions of the l
ASME code.
(The review package is #31 distributed to I.
members on October 12, 1990).-
4:30-4:45 p.m.
The Committee will discuss a member comment on the' proposed revisions to the CRGR Charter. '(The issue was i
described in a note from D. Allison to members-dated e
10/4/90.)
If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it.is his responsibility to assure that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.
Persons making presentations to the CRGR are rerponsible for'(1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR l
Charter
-IVs.B), (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices,-
(3) as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during the-presentation, and (4) assuring the agenda rhodifications are coordinated with -
the CRGR contact (J. Conran x29855) and others involved with the presentation.
Division Directors or higher management should attend meetings addressing agenda-items under their purview.

In accordance with the ED0's March 29, 1984 memorandum to the Commission con-cerning " Forwarding of CRGR Documents to the Public Document Room (PDR)," the review packages for items scheduled at this meeting, which contain predecisional information, will not be released to the PDR until the NRC has considered (in a public forum) or decioad the matter addressed by the information.
