The purpose of this task order modification is to exercise Option Period 2, Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), thereby increasing the task order ceiling by from to
- and extending the period of performance from March 30, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
SECTION B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATIONTASK ORDERS (AUG 2011),
paragraphs (a) and (e) are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
