Also enclosed are 40 copies of the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station Equipment Environmental Qualification Action Plan dated May 1982.
This information is submitted to update Revision 1 and to provide clarifications and additional information requested by your staff in connection with the audit conducted April 26-30, 1982.
In the audit exit interview, the audit team leader indicated his desire to return for a shorter, confirma-tory audit.
