DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 STEAM GENERATOR SLEEVING PROGRAM POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 Please find enclosed with this letter an additional figure and a revised page for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Steam Generator Sleeving Report, WCAP-9960. The enclosed Figure 6.2.7-2, " Alternating Stresses at Location of Maximum Fatigue Usage", is supplied in response to a verbal request received from Mr.

J.

R. Rajan of the NRC Division of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Branch.

The accompanying page references the figure in the report and should replace the existing page with the same page number.

Both proprietary and non-proprietary copies of this figure have been provided.

Also enclosed is Westinghouse authorization, CAW-82-41, which addresses the proprietary nature of this information.

As the enclosed figure contains information considered proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by previously submitted affidavits signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information.

The affidavits set forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Ccmmis-sion and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
