Dear Chairman Palladino:
The Environmental Policy Institute believes that significant new infor-mation and circumstances regarding the Clinch River project which have arisen since 1977 must be disclosed to the public and fully considered by the NRC.
We ask that NRC:
(1) issue a draft supplement to the FEIS for the CRBR, and (2) circulate it to our organization for comments.
