MODIFICATION NO. I TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-90-358L BETWEEN NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES' AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION This modification is contemporaneously issued with the execution of.the.

Grant to make changes requested in grantee's letter dated September 24,-

1990. The following changes are hereby made:

1. In Block No. 11, the name " Thomas R. Kuesel" is deletod and the name " Peter H. Smeallie" is substituted in lieu theretf.
