Dear Mr. Madsen:
With respect to your notice of non-compliance with ADM-28 (item 4 of your inspector's report), we offer the following.
The subject of adherence to procedures and requirements of our Administra-tive Procedures has been discussed with our Operating Supervisor and his Shift Supervisors. They were instructed to ensure that all requirements are met on a continual basis. This is being monitored to see that lapses are not occurring.
We believe we are in compliance as of this date.
