Dear Sir:
As required by our Technical Speclifications, Section 6.6.3, Paragraph (1) we are reporting a significant change in our facility organization at Level 3 which is the level responsible for the day-to-day operation of the University of Florida Training Reactor.
Mr. Paul M. Whaley, who was the Acting Reactor Manager, resigned his position effective on October 5, 1990 to take a position at Oak Ridge National i
laboratory.
Effective October 8, 1990 Mr. Rick Piciullo, who has been licensed as a Senior Reactor Operator for over 2 years at our facility has been appointed to replace Mr. Whaley as the Acting Reactor Manager.
Since Mr. Piciullo is a part time employee, this appointment is considered temporary as the position is being advertised to obtain a full time replacement for Mr. Whaley.
