ENERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO
'This letter transmits the scenario to be used for the Big Rock Point exercise-on December 4,-1990 to those NRC persons who will be acting as evaluators.
Comments on the scenario should be submitted no later than November 2, 1990 to allow for modification-of the package and controller preparation.. Revised complete packages will be supplied to NRC inspection staff during the exercise
-entrance meeting.
=After completion of'the exercise, a copy of the final scenario used for the exercise will be submitted.- Copies of this letter without attachment have been-distributed internally to those Consumers Power Company personnel responsible for implementation of the Site Emergency Plan.
