The purpose of this modification is to incorporate the award fee earned by the Contractor for Evaluation Period No. 7 (August 18, 1989 through February 17,1990) and to identify the unearned award fee for this period.
Accordingly, the subject contract is modified as follows:
Section G.2., " Award Fee and Performance Evaluation", paragraph "1.",
is revised to read as_follows "1.
An award' fee pool of $356,897.00 for Evaluation Period Nos. 1 through 7 is hereby established.
The cumulative award fee earned by the contractor for period Nos. I through 7 (February 17, 1987 through February 17, 1990) is
$336,116.00.
The cumulative residual fee for period Nos. 1 through 7 is
$20,781.00.
The.following reflects the amount of fee available and earned-for each evaluation period specifieo:
