Task Order No. 4, Entitled, " Assistance in the Environmental Review of Fort St. Vrain Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation" Under Contract No. Nf.C-02-90-009 This confirms verbal authorization provided to your firm on August 24, 1990, to commence work under Task Order No. 4 on August 24, 1990, with a temporary ceiling of $15,000.00.
In accordance with the-task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 4.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated July 31, 1990, and the following telephonic changes of August 17, 1990:
Decrease indirect overhead rate from 83.10% to 82.60%.
Decrease G&A rate from 10.3%'to 10%.
Reduce fixed fee from $6,093.00 to $4,707.00.
Reduce airfare for trip from San Diego, CA to Washington, DC from
-$1,246.00 to $966.00 Adjust proposed costs in accordance with the above changes.
Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from August 24, 1990 through January 31, 1991, with a cost ceiling of $65,052.00 (inclusive of the $15,000.00 authorized verbally).
The amount of $60,345.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $4,707.00 represents the fixed fee.
