j 1.1 This procedure establishes the method for' removal and replacement of the Telatemp Recording stickers on miscellaneous related equipment. ,
q l - 2.0 DISCUSSION -
l l 2.1 The temperature stickers are being used to provide general t information on the ambient conditions in which equipment is operating.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1 Electrical Maintenance Foremen is responsible for performance of maintenance activities in accordance with this procedure, assuring l Post Maintenance Testing is adequate and evaluating data taken in this procedure.
3.2 All involved personnel are responsible for assuring that all work is performed in accordance with approved procedures. If subject work cannot be performed as required by this procedure, Foreman and Electrical Maintenance Engineer stall be informed of penblem.
3.3 Mechanical Maintenance Department is responsible for assuring that work is performed in accordance with approved procedures. If subject work cannot be performed as required by this procedure.
Foreman and Maintenance Engineer shall be informed.of problem.
3.4 All involved personnel are responsible for assuring discrepancies identified in parts, materials or workmanship are reported and documented in accordance with NPAP C-12.
