This letter transmits the Perry Course of Action (PCA) which describes actions deemed necessary to correct identified management, technical, and programmatic deficiencies at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. The scope and objectives of the PCA vere presented during a senior management meeting held on October 20, 1993 at the NRC Region III offices.

The implementation of the PCA vill immediately correct the downward trending performance of the Perry Plant, and over its duration, vill result in significant across the board improvement.
