Enclosed is an application for an export license (XSNM02779), recently received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of standard reference materials from the New Brunswick Laboratory to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria. The standards contain gram quantities of high-enriched and low-enriched uranium. Assurances from the IAEA are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
