Dear Sir:
Attached is a revision to the TMI Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) reflecting I
modifications that are consistent with the fonhcoming condition of TMI-2, i.e., Post-Defueling Monitored Storage (PDMS). Also included in this revision to the ODCM are changes made to comply with the current version of 10 CFR 20. This revision will be in effect on January 1, 1994.
This submittal is in partial satisfaction of TMI-2 License Condition 2.F. As attested by intemal documentation, this change is not an Unreviewed Safety Question as defined by 10 CFR 50.59 and, thus, it will not require NRC approval prior to its implementation on January 1,1994.
