Any matter hvolving the currently pending Mosbaugh allegations, including the Georgia Power Comoany. et al. (Voetle Electric Generatine Plant. Units 1 and 2) proceeding currently pending before the agency (Docket Nos. 50-424-OLA-3,50-425-OLA-3) and the " Request for Proceedings and Imposition of Civil Penalties i

for Improperly Transferring Control of Georgia Power Company's Licenses to the SONOPCO project and for the Unsafe and Improper Operation of Georgia Power Company Licensed Facilities" (Docket Nos. 50-321, 50-366, 50-424, 50-425) filed with the agency on September 11,1990 As a precautionary matter, I previously disqualified myself from participating in this matter. effective upon my joining the firm August 1,1993, pending completion of a formal conflicts review.

I have now completed that review, and based upon the review, have determined that my disqualification regarding this matter should become permanent.

l Accordingly, I will not participate in any manner in this matter or the representation, discuss the matter or the representation with any partner, associate, or of counsel lawyer of the firm, or share in any fees for the matter or the representation.
