Letter of October 28,1992, Berg to Document Control Desk, LAC-13234 Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) requests revisions to LACBWR Technical Specifications. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Reference 1, an application to amend Possession-Only License DPR-45 is hereby filed.
The proposed changes would revise the LACBWR Technical Specifications in accordance with the requirements of the revised 10 CFR 20 regulations for radiation protection. DPC would -
also propose to include several minor c'erical changes to correct erroneous technical specification references and references to a Semi-Annual Efiluent Report that has been changed to an Annual Report in a previous submittal [ Reference 3].
The pages with proposed changes because of the 10 CFR 20 revision are 2-2,2-3,2-4, 4/5-43,4/5-56,6-7 (para.j),6-10,6-12,6-14 and 6-15.

.NRC Document Control Desk Page 2 LAC-13320 November 5,1993 Those pages with proposed changes to correct clerical errors from previous submittals and incorrect technical specification references are 4/5-41,4/5-46,4/5-51,4/5-52, and 6-7 (para. e & f).
The attached pages show how the various technical specifications would appear with the proposed changes included. The change bars in the right margin denote the exact location of each change.
The hazards considerations referenced in 10 CFR 50.92 have been reviewed and the determination made that no significant hazards considerations result from this proposed amendment. This determination was reached based on the following:
- The changes made at LACBWR in regard to the revised 10 CFR 20 are being made only to comply with the new rule.
- The editorial changes are to correct oversights from previously evaluated submittals where safety evaluations were already performed and accepted.
This license amendment has been reviewed and approved by the LACBWR Operations Review Committee and the Safety Review Committee.
