Recently, I was briefed by Dr. John Larkins, Executive Direc' tor of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, on the October 1993 Quadripartite meeting of National Advisory Committees hosted by DSIN in Luynes.
I was pleased to hear that this was a valuable and beneficial meeting for the Nuclear Ragulatory Commission.
This international exchange of information on the safety options for future pressurized water reactors is critical to the safety of nuclear power.
I would like to invite you to visit the NRC Commissioners on your next trip to Washington.
