This repon contains historical information conceming the accident monitoring review program for the Trojan Facility. Regulatory Guide 1.97 applies to power mactors, and is generally concemed with accident monitoring following an accident at an operating facility. On May 5,1993, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment 190 to license NPF-1, which modified the license to prohibit power operation of the plant. Themfore, the pmgram described in this regulatory guide is no longer necessar, at the Trojan Facility. For this reason, no funher revisions to this report are being considered beyond those which were incorpomted in Amendment 3.
This document will be retained on a limited distribution as a historical document.
