The only changes made to the package, since'the last renewal on September 9, 1985, were due to changes'in company 1

ownership, and the inclusion of updated Operating Procedures, Acceptance Tests and Maintenance Program. Sections on operating procedures, acceptance tests

-l and maintenance programs were reviewed and found to be adequate.

The certificate has been conditioned to require that the package be prepared for shipment, operated and maintained in accordance with the procedures.in the August 16, 1990, application.

The Certificate of-Compliance has been renewed for a five year term which expires September-30, 1995.
